About Us
What We Do
Get Involved
The Missoula CommUnity Network unites local partners to strengthen collective care and expand access to community services, supporting everyone's needs to thrive. We focus on aligning efforts, listening to those most affected, and improving how organizations work together across systems.
We envision a Missoula Community where every person has what they need to belong, contribute, and thrive, where trust, care, and shared responsibility connect us across differences.
Our purpose is to strengthen partnerships, coordinate shared efforts, advocate for community-guided solutions, and amplify our collective power, resources, and expertise to effect change that no single organization could achieve alone.
Our Values
1. Collective Action — We align our strengths, relationships, and resources to increase our shared power and create meaningful, community-guided change that no single organization could accomplish alone.
2. Equitable Access— We are committed to expanding access to the resources and supports—safety, food, housing, health, education, employment and built and natural environment—that allow every person to participate fully in community life.
3. Human Dignity & Belonging— We affirm the inherent worth of every person and commit to creating communities where everyone feels seen, valued, and included. We honor the voices, wisdom, and leadership of communities most impacted by inequities.
4. Community Stewardship— We steward our relationships, knowledge, and resources, and the land we share with integrity, transparency, and care, nurturing a healthier, more connected Missoula (for all people and future generations).
5. Relational Trust— We cultivate trust through consistency, transparency, and deep listening - creating the honest, courageous relationships needed to take on complex work together.
