We partner with the Missoula County Office of Emergency Services to help marshal and deploy private resources for and during local situations.

There are several phases in the Disaster cycle (including preparation, response, prevention and mitigation). Your gift will help throughout the Disaster cycle, by helping when it’s needed most. Wildfire Ready Missoula is a year-round effort to help property owners better prepare their property for living in the urban/ wildland interface. Learn more here.

During one season, our local community may experience multiple disaster events (i.e. several fires), and our Disaster & Emergency Fund allows us to respond immediately as the disaster cycle may change quickly.
