HOUSING

7 individuals have transitioned into housing or been diverted from homelessness (for example, into programs for rehabilitation)
2 individuals have housing approval—housing transition expected within 1-2 weeks
2 individuals are working to secure Emergency Housing through the YWCA
1 individual has a housing voucher and a scheduled meeting with Missoula Housing Authority
3 individuals placed on Section 8 housing list and are among the top 10 on that list

IDs

2 individuals have received photo IDs, an essential step toward securing supportive services
4 individuals are actively working with staff and obtaining needed birth certificates/SS card for photo IDs

EMPLOYMENT

4 individuals are now employed since beginning residency at the TSOS
1 individual also applied to and has been accepted at the University of Montana

CASE MANAGEMENT

20 individuals are actively working with case management—many of them are now able to see their case manager consistently (at least 1x/week) for the first time ever
8 individuals are connecting with case management or peer support (if not eligible for case management
