We are pleased that your organization is interested in becoming a Recovery Friendly Workplace!
To start the process, please submit the Letter of Interest below. Once submitted, a RFW Advisor will contact you to schedule an orientation with senior management and/or human resources personnel.
Organizations can expect the process to take 2-4 months to complete the initial designation.
It is easy to get started: just four simple steps will start you and your organization on the path:
- Submit an Interest Form (see tab under "Become a RFW")
- Schedule an orientation for senior management and HR personnel (provided by RFW team).
- Create a written declaration to your employees stating your workplace’s commitment to RFW principles and your participation in this initiative. Sample declarations are provided.
- Receive your RFW designation from United Way of Missoula County.
